In 1983 Jim Cooper opened the doors of ARS in order to help the people of Salina and the surrounding areas with their medical debt. Over the years, ARS has grown and expanded it's expertise to areas outside of the medical industry. However, the goal still remains the same - to offer a no pressure way for people to pay their debts and still be able to live their lives.

We strive to offer our customers and our clients superior services all while keeping the small town atmosphere and local business vibe alive and strong. ARS specializes in medical billing and collections as well as commercial collections for businesses ranging from large to small.

In 2014 after a valiant battle with lung cancer, Jim went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His wife of 20 years, Rita, took over running the business and has successfully carried out the legacy of ARS. Along with 3 other employees, ARS continues to help people manage their debt and provides exemplary services. We at ARS know that life's unexpected situations arise, and when they do we want to be able to ease some of that burden just as our founder desired.
